Class Notes MP4 week 1

Message from Wednesday...

As many of you already know, the Ehrbars are having a baby girl! She’s due to arrive Thursday morning, so I’ll be missing a few days of school in the next two weeks.

Algebra 2 classes will continue as planned—you’ll be responsible for classwork and homework every day! The notes from yesterday and today should be all you need to complete your work while I’m out. The covering teacher will collect all classwork sheets at the end of each period. You can hand in homework if you like, or I’ll just check it when I come back next week (probably Tuesday).

Here are the days I will (most likely) be out of school, along with your assignments:

DATE                          CLASSWORK                                 HOMEWORK

Thursday, Feb. 4          Summation Notation 1 sheet #3          p.643 #38-41

Friday, Feb. 5              Summation Notation 2 sheet #4          p.610 #93-96

Monday, Feb. 8           Summation Notation 3 sheet #5          p.624 #49-53, 56
                                              & Sequence Puzzles

If you finish your work during class, you can work on Encyclopedia entries for MP4. “Recursive Formulas” and “Summation Notation” would make nice topics...

All notes and assignments will also be on the http://www.ehrbarhw.blogspot.com/ website. Email me at mrehrbar@gmail.com if you have any specific questions about our work, or just to say hi!

See you soon,

Mr. Ehrbar
